Walked to another hotel due to them double booking

Unfortunately I am not able to Review this hotel - due to the fact that on arrival we were kindly told that they were fully booked and made an error with the internet and our booking!!!! (Strange that we had booked some time prior and had NOT been advised prior to our arrival!) Although they made up for the error by being very apologetic and moving us to the wonderful Royal Marine a hotel I will highly recommend! - this in no way made up for the fact that we had booked the Fitzpatrick for very sentimental reasons from my husbands family side - this made the first night in Ireland a very disappointing one.
