We had just booked in for one night whilst in Dublin and on check in were asked if we wanted to upgrade, at first we said no but then relented and we were so glad we did. We were upgraded to a suite which was over two floors and it was superb with a gym, sauna and so much more. We had booked to go out that night but wish we had eaten in the hotel as the menu looked so good. The Mint bar was really nice and a great place to relax and have a drink. Breakfast next morning was lovely. The staff were very courteous and friendly. My only complaint was that we were not staying longer!! Hope to stay here again as it was fabulous.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Dubin city. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Had drinks in the Mint bar and dinner in the Exchange restaurant. Food was excellent and again staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel:)
