On entering the hotel it smelled like grease and smoke. The room we had was on the 1st floor just where the rooms began so the room also smelled like grease and smoke. They pumped music into the hotel 24 hours a day so it was quite noisy at all hours. The carpets may not have been vacuumed and the curtains were quite dusty. However, the bed linens were clean as was the bathroom which was a shower only. For breakfast, the fresh fruit was a bit stale. Not sure why this is a 4 star hotel. Should be a very low 3 star at the most.
